What's the best way to place an order?

The best way to place an order is through this website. Simply add items to the shopping cart and check out when complete.

Are any of these items eligible for co-op?

Any item with a price is eligible for co-op. Orders approvals for co-op are based on co-op dollar availability, and may also be subject to approval through your head office. All other items are no-charge.

What are your methods of payment?

All items that are coopable are charged through your co-op budget. Once you place your order, the amount will be deducted from your budget.

For how long am I allowed to use the Event material?

Event material can be used for up to two (2) days.

Is there a maximum order quantity of any 'no priced' item?

There is no maximum limit. Please submit your order requirement and we will try our best to accommodate your request, or ship the highest quantity that we can allocate to you.

How much does it cost to ship?

There is no additional charge for shipping.

When will I receive my goods?

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks delivery time.

How do I return the borrowed Event items to you?

Please contact our marketing department to arrange shipment and pickup.
